Police Captain JIMMY P PANINGBATAN now takes the lead as officer-in-charge (OIC) of Mapandan Municipal Police Station (Mapandan MPS) following the turnover ceremony held at the Mapandan Sangguniang Bayan Hall on June 9, 2022, Thursday.
PCOL RICHMOND L TADINA, the Provincial Director of Pangasinan Police Provincial Office presided the turnover ceremony of the outgoing Mapandan MPS OIC PCPT HERMIE S RAYMUNDO and the incoming OIC PCPT JIMMY P PANINGBATAN. In his speech, outgoing OIC PCPT RAYMUNDO expressed his utmost gratitude to the personnel of Mapandan MPS, Mapandan Local Government Unit (LGU) and other partner agencies for their support and cooperation. PLTCOL RICKY A CAMISOLA, Deputy Provincial Director for Administration, PLTCOL ROMMEL P BAGSIC, Chief PARMU, PLTCOL LUIS P LIBAN, Chief PCADU and PMAJ LODOVICO M ELLAZAR, JR., Chief PPSMU were also present during the said activity.
PCPT PANINGBATAN was previously assigned in PRO9 Zamboanga Peninsula as Platoon Leader and later as the Company Commander of RMFB9, 901st Maneuver Company. He also became as Acting Company Commander of RMFB1 105th Maneuver Company and then as officer of Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division (RIDMD) of Police Regional Office 1.
In an exclusive interview with The Northwest Sun, PCPT Paningbatan said he is determined to enforce the law, more so to prevent crimes and ensure public safety as well as working in partnership with Mapandan Mayor-elect Honorable KARL CHRISTIAN F. VEGA and the Sangguniang Bayan officials. PCPT Paningbatan is a native of Urbiztondo, Pangasinan and a member of Philippine National Police Academy Sinag Tala Class of 2012.
